Platform Base Fee

All available modules and features of the platform are included by default. This also covers maintenance, updates, and unlimited user accounts. You can access the EASEWORK platform directly from your browser, anywhere and at any time, including from your smartphone.

There is just one simple, fixed base fee with no hidden costs or surprises. On top of that, you can flexibly add flat rates or day rates for customization as needed, to adapt the solution to your requirements.

Billing is quarterly at the beginning of each billing period and is calculated per business and location. With annual payment, you receive 2 months free.

The minimum contract term is 12 months. The platform base fee renews automatically for 12 months, with a notice period of just 90 days.

With Feature Voting, you can submit your own suggestions for improving the platform or vote on other customers' suggestions. The suggestions with the most votes will be implemented, at our discretion, independently of individual flat rate requests, and will then be available to all customers.

You also receive weekly free access to online Speed Networking to efficiently connect with other business owners. Each participation includes 3 complimentary tickets to give people from your network a free first-time participation.

Unlimited concurrent sessions and automations means there are no artificial restrictions. The full server capacity can be utilized. If capacity is insufficient, additional servers can be added through additional Ultimate base fees.

Server location is primarily in the European Union. If most users are in other regions, we can host your system in a geographically closer data center upon request for faster response times.

We host and maintain your solution for you as a Software-as-a-Service offering based on the EASEWORK platform. On-premises or self-hosting is generally not offered.

The EASEWORK platform is available to you directly through your browser at any location, from any device, and at any time. No installation or on-site maintenance is required. You can start immediately.

We ensure smooth operation and continuously develop your solution according to your wishes. With the base fee, you can use all features of the EASEWORK platform for your business.
