The primary goal is the digitization and automation of business processes in your company, to save time and money long-term, ensure smooth operations, and enable new business models.

We offer customization in 3 models. You can flexibly add them at any time:

Nobody wants to waste their time in endless meetings. Especially not in a stressful day where there are a thousand open tasks. We want to ease your workload, not create additional obligations.

With our flat rates, we offer a unique system that enables fast results and maximum output. Your requests are fulfilled within up to 7 days:

You can submit unlimited requests, revisions, change requests, and consultations. However, only one request at a time.

Whatever you need, we are here for you and continuously adapt your system to your requirements and changing needs. You decide what currently has priority and where we can best support you right now. Or you leave the planning entirely to us and only define strategic goals.

To do this, you push individual requests from your backlog onto an available slot. Each slot can have a maximum of one active request, which we fulfill to the best of our ability within up to 7 days. Small requests are usually completed in 1-2 days.

You can then repeat the process indefinitely and push more requests onto available slots. If needed, you can also swap out requests early if something unexpected comes up.

Depending on your current needs, you can use one or multiple slots simultaneously and combine them. The number of available slots is determined by your flat rate:

You can pause, resume, or adjust capacity of flat rates at any time. Entirely based on your current needs. Fees are only charged for active flat rates at the beginning of each billing period.

As long as your flat rate is active, capacity is secured and reserved for you. After a pause or when increasing capacity, there may be a lead time depending on current workload on our side.

There are no separate contracts, proposals, or meetings for coordination. Within your flat rate, you simply tell us what you need, and we handle it independently, proactively, and autonomously. Nobody has to wait for the next meeting for us to move forward. Ideas and thoughts can be captured and communicated immediately.

You can also book a personal consultation as a request to discuss next steps and roadmap together. We will then schedule a meeting within the next few days.

We are passionate about building software and want to focus entirely on creating the best possible solution for you. This requires simple, clear, and effective collaboration.

Communication is asynchronous. For each request, you provide us with all necessary information, including audio, video, or other attachments for better understanding.

If we have a question, we comment directly on the request so we can start implementation as quickly as possible. As soon as a request is completed, we contact you immediately.

You decide whether the request is complete or if something still needs adjustment. If everything is good, you can use the slot for the next request, and the process repeats.

We recommend that one person in the company centrally manages the requests and priorities. In no time, this system will become second nature. You maintain full control and can see at any time what we are working on and the current status of your requests.

You can essentially request and commission anything that is legal and ethically sound, and that can be implemented on the EASEWORK platform as a web-based SaaS solution.

This also includes services that are directly related to your solution, such as conceptual work or consulting. Here is a list of example requests you can submit:

We exclusively develop the EASEWORK platform and adapt it to your requirements and needs. No development takes place outside of this scope.

If we cannot fulfill a request, we will contact you immediately so you can use your slot for another request. Fixing bugs on the platform itself is already covered by your base fee and does not require (for smaller issues) request slots.

If you have a large request that exceeds the usual scope of the 7-day window, we will independently break it down into several smaller requests that are processed one after another. You will see progress every week until the request is fully completed.

You are welcome to submit vague requests such as "Find a solution for X", "Develop a solution like Y", "Solve my challenge Z". We will do our very best and use our experience and expertise to independently deliver the best possible solution for your request.

Our recommendation is to describe your current challenge, what you want to solve, and leave us the freedom to find the best possible solution. Sometimes a completely different approach or a different area can solve it much more easily.

The total duration of projects depends entirely on your individual requests and requirements, how many extra requests and changes are submitted, and how many slots are available in parallel.

If a guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe or with a fixed budget is important to you, we can also offer developments at a fixed price. Submit your request with a request for a specific quote. We are also happy to estimate effort and create a roadmap as a request.

We have extensive experience connecting various APIs, from CRM systems and payment gateways to exotic in-house solutions. We handle the integration on the EASEWORK platform side. We are not responsible for the integration on the "other side".

The effort for an integration depends heavily on the quality of the external interface, available documentation and usage examples, the cleanliness of transmitted data, and the format and structure of the interface.

Integration with established major providers is usually straightforward. In particular, all APIs based on REST, JSON, and OAuth can be ideally integrated. Legacy SOAP, XML-based interfaces, and binary formats are only implemented upon request. Please contact us in advance for special requirements.

Our recommendation is to map as many use cases as possible through the EASEWORK platform, so that all data and applications are optimally interconnected and there are no errors or issues from communication between different systems and formats.

As a customer, you can start flat rates at any time, pause them, or adjust capacity. All you need is an active base fee for the EASEWORK platform on which we build your solution.
