When developing new modules and enhancing existing ones, we work closely with our customers and partners to deliver the greatest possible value and prioritize features that have the highest demand in our community.

The following process is planned for this:

Our customers and partners submit their ideas and wishes. Through an internal review, the list of top priorities from the community is determined and prepared for a vote.

Depending on the level of your platform base fee, you receive 3 (Mini), 6 (Standard), or 9 (Ultimate) votes per month to vote for the most important modules and features for your business and advance your own interests.

Based on internal priorities and this wish list, we develop a roadmap at our own discretion with the strongest partners and share it with our customers for full transparency and predictability.

The most important stakeholders are invited to an expert workshop to share and discuss all requirements and desired specifications.

Additionally, experiences, ideas, and best practices are shared and discussed to cover all real-world requirements as best as possible and develop the best possible solution for all customers.

Then, development or further development of the module begins. Individual stakeholders are asked for additional feedback in 1:1 interviews.

Beta tests with selected customers take place, and sneak previews are shared with the community.

Regular internal webinars for our customers take place to introduce and explain new modules and features.

We focus especially on how to get the most out of the new features. All open questions are discussed and further feedback is collected.

All modules are included, which means new features can be activated or deactivated at any time based on customer needs, at no additional cost.

The latest features are delivered through regular updates. Since it is a pure cloud solution, you always securely access the latest version.

After initial feedback is collected, we create easy-to-understand onboarding videos that explain everything in a compact and detailed way, so all future employees are onboarded optimally.

Finally, we publish the updates from regular releases on this website.

The final decision on priority and which features are implemented when and to what extent is reserved by us. There is no entitlement to the implementation of specific features.

Custom developments and specialized features are implemented independently in individual customer projects according to the exact requirements of each customer.
