About the Founder Andreas Gross
I started developing software at the age of 14. Simple solutions like my school's online substitution schedule, homework uploads, or a tool for indexing the yearbook during an exchange year in the USA — which is still in use today, 16 years later.
My full focus and passion has always been programming, which is why I taught myself everything from scratch. I then deepened my knowledge through a dual study program in Business Informatics at SAP in Walldorf, gaining additional experience in Sales & Consulting.
After graduating in 2015, I went straight into self-employment to pursue my own goals and dreams, working day and night on the EASEWORK platform and programming a completely custom framework as its foundation.
In the almost 10 years since, I have delivered projects across a wide range of industries. Early clients included IT service providers, CNC manufacturing companies, security firms, platforms, agencies, dentists, training providers, academies, associations, travel operators, and the hospitality industry.
Since the early days of COVID, we helped over 250 restaurants accept online orders. Even staff on ships in Antarctica is scheduled through our software.
Currently, I am traveling the world with my partner, meeting inspiring people and gathering ideas to develop the best possible software for my clients. The entire team is 100% remote.
We are completely self-funded and very grateful for it, because it allows us to fully live our passion without having to maximize profits for investors.
After multiple iterations, we have been working since 2021 on the current 10th version, built on all the experience and the original vision of the platform. The entire solution was almost entirely developed and programmed by just one person.
