Extended Support
As part of the customization process, we already provide employee onboarding and usage documentation upon request. Additionally, technical support is already covered by the base fee.
If you need additional support or guarantees beyond that, we offer the following options tailored to your needs:
Training
Book additional individual or group training sessions (outside of the requests in the customization flat rates), fully tailored to your specific training needs.
Webinars
We regularly offer free webinars for clients to introduce new modules and features and answer questions.
Service Level
We are happy to establish Service Level Agreements and set up redundant servers for guaranteed availability and fast problem resolution, tailored entirely to your business requirements.
VIP Support
You will be advised and supported directly by the founder and other experts on all matters, with direct contact and the fastest response time from the team.
Special Requirements
If you need a complete white-label solution, a particularly fast turnaround, or other special requirements, we are happy to help you make your requests a reality.
White-Label Option
If a complete white-label system is needed, your system can be set up exclusively in your corporate design for an additional fee. Only available in combination with the Ultimate base fee.
Fastlane
If there is a very urgent matter, we can prioritize your request and complete it in just 1-2 days, sometimes even in just a few hours. An active flat rate is required for this.
Servers & Domains
We already handle the hosting and maintenance of your custom solution as part of the platform base fee. Beyond that, we are happy to offer you the following cloud services from a single source:
Staging & Test Systems
Additional separate development and test environments, also for training purposes. Test new features safely before going live. Depending on your base fee tier, test systems may already be included.
Dedicated Servers
Achieve the best possible performance through the exclusive use of one or more servers with a dedicated IP address. Get the most out of your solution and choose the server location to suit your needs.
Domains
Boost the trust and professionalism of your presence with your own domain. You can register all common domains securely through us and use them directly with the system, including SSL certificate. We take care of the setup and administration of the domain.
Website & Email
Upon request, we set up your own email server (your own @your-company.com address) and handle the hosting of your website, including a free domain and WordPress installation. We no longer offer website creation itself.

We are happy to enable our design team to create or revise a professional brand presence for your business as well, so your solution not only works flawlessly but also looks stunning.
Logo Design
