Requirements for Partners
To provide the best possible consulting and support to customers, to lead by example, and to easily manage customer projects and collaboration, we require our partners to use the EASEWORK platform themselves. Corresponding access is provided free of charge depending on the partner level.
At least one sales representative (sales partner) or one technician (implementation partner) must be trained. An online onboarding session for partners must be completed. We expect active participation in workshops, release webinars, and other relevant events to stay up to date and actively contribute to the platform and support the community.
Additionally, a dedicated page on the partner's website about the EASEWORK platform and the services offered as part of the collaboration must be created and remain active. A direct link to EASEWORK (which also serves as the tracking link) and easy discoverability of the page are naturally expected.
Prospects can use the free potential analysis on the website. The attribution to you as a partner happens automatically via the provided partner link. The results are shared directly with you as a partner with the customer's consent, to enable comprehensive consulting and support.
Quarterly goals are proactively agreed upon and active marketing is an absolute requirement. Together we achieve much more visibility and reach, which benefits everyone.
It is also important that the necessary expertise and experience are in place to successfully deliver projects and provide the best possible advice and support to customers. We evaluate and test potential partners for suitability to ensure high quality and a strong collaboration long term.
Starting from the Silver level and thus 2 successful projects, a listing on our partner page or marketplace with a direct link is possible but not guaranteed. The ranking follows a clear recommendation algorithm and no paid placements are available.
If frequent problems or complaints arise, we are forced to terminate the partnership with immediate effect and only complete any ongoing projects. It is at our discretion to award a partner the 'Official Partner' seal or to revoke the status if necessary.
